Wonderful location for this townhouse-style Key Allegro waterfront condo with private boat slip right off the deck and fish cleaning station nearby. This spacious unit has been totally remodeled and is furnished with a soothing tropical feel. Cable TV, DVD, FREE wireless Internet, fully-equipped kitchen, a/c, ceiling fans throughout.
In 2011 we installed new tile and carpet throughout, window treatments and 2 new leather recliners.
3 bedrooms, each with its own private attached bathroom. The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and private attached bathroom with tub and shower. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Waterfront deck at junction of 2 canals connecting to the marina and Little Bay.
The upstairs has two bedrooms and two private attached baths, one with a tub and shower, the other with shower only. One upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, and the huge master bedroom has a king size 4-poster bed and sitting area with more beautiful views down the canal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
There's a private boat slip just off the deck and easy access to the bay and marina (which has a nice indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant) just 2 blocks away.
