Wonderful location for this townhouse-style Key Allegro waterfront condo with private boat slip right off the deck. This spacious unit has been totally remodeled and is furnished with a soothing tropical feel. Cable TV, DVD, wireless Internet, fully-equipped kitchen, a/c, ceiling fans throughout.
3 bedrooms, each with its own private attached bathroom. The downstairs Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed and private attached bathroom with tub and shower. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Spacious deck to enjoy the outdoor and views down the canal and out to Little Bay.
The upstairs has two bedrooms and two private attached baths, one with a tub and shower, the other with shower only. The Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed and the huge Master Bedroom has a king size 4-poster bed and sitting area with more beautiful views down the canal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
There's a private boat slip just off the deck and easy access to the bay and marina. It's just 2 blocks to the marina restaurant, which has a great waterside deck and island-themed bar.
