Emerald Island Resort featured with its own club house, tennis, basket and volleyballs, children playground, fitness center. Our vacation home is perfect for family groups, and sleeps up to 19 guests. The home is equipped with functions for all family activities. The spacious family room has a 52-inch flat screen cable TV and DVD player, and every bedroom has a TV. High-speed wireless internet access is Free. The air-conditioned game room offers pool table, air hockey, 62-inch TV for any video game hook-up and is 'heaven' for kids. Reservation Deposit $300/Per week
Refundable Security Deposit $300 with final payment. Final payment due 2 month prior check-in date

Renter may cancel reservation at any time. Cancellation must be in writing in the form of a letter or an email.

Cancellation Policy:
The following cancellation charges will apply:
• Over 90 days prior to check-in - $50 processing fee
• 60 to 90 days prior to check-in - deposit retained as credit towards rental within one year
• 30 to 60 days prior to check-in - 50% of rental
• Within 30 days of check-in - 100% of rental
