Walk across the street to the beach or pool or relax on the balcony and enjoy the view.  Enjoy the private Rec Center. Walk a block to the famous Briny Irish pub or to many neighborhood restaurants, sidewalk cafes and shops.  This is a very active and social environment.

No pets or smokers please.

The Condo requires a THREE MONTH MINIMUM.  Don't even ask.  I will not respond to any inquiries requesting a lesser rental period.

Access is available to the condo association's Rec Center which is located on the beach.  The Rec Center includes 2 pools, hot tub, private cafe, card rooms, billiard room, men's and women's gyms and saunas, private bar/bottle club, locker rooms, beach front picnic tables, grills, etc.

The seasonal residents regulary plan various activities and gatherings, Superbowl party, breakfast gatherings at the cafe, cards, bingo, pool aerobics, etc.

Covered garage parking, 24 hr doorman/security, cable TV, wi-fi. Usual kitchenware, towels and linens provided.  Coin operated laundry room down the hall.

Beach, Beach, Beach!

 Access is available to the Association's Rec Center with private bar/bottle club, 2 pools, hot tub, private cafe, billiard room, card rooms, men's and women's gyms and saunas.  Private picnic tables on the sand.  Attend various planned social events.

Shopping, neighborhood dining, walks along the beach, relaxation.

Fishing - A quarter mile along the beach from the Pompano Fishing Pier, 2 blocks from the fishing and scuba charter boats at the Sands Marina. Catch snapper, grouper, kingfish, dolphin, sailfish and wahoo.

On the bus route -  for only $1.50, ride directly to Pompano Mall, Ft Lauderdale Beach, Beach Place, The Elbow Room, Downtown's Riverfront and Las Olas shops.

Walk a block to the Briny Pub (live music nightly), Franks Pizza or sidewalk cafes, 3 blocks to waterfront dining at Sands Harbor Resort, Joe's Riverside Grill and Houston's. 

 Located half a block from Walgreen's and Bank of America, one mile to Pubix Supermarket.

Rent kayaks, jet skis, wind surfers and boats.  Go parasailing or learn how to kite surf. 

Tour the intracoastal on the Jungle Queen or take a water taxi ride.

5 minutes from I-95, 19 miles from the Ft Lauderdale Airport (FLL) and 18 miles from the Port Everglades Cruise Port.  Cruise to the Bahamas or Carribean. Day cruises available. 

Take an airboat tour of the Everglades.

10 Minutes from the Isle of Capri Casino (poker and slots) and Pompano Horsetrack.  30 minutes to Dania Jai Lai or to the Hollywood Hard Rock Casino (black jack, poker and slots).

20 min from Sawgrass Mills, the world's largest outlet mall. 5 minutes to the Pompano Municipal Golf Course (36 holes).

40 minutes to Miami's South Beach, 35 minutes to Dolphin's Stadium - site of this year's Superbowl 44.

3 Month Minimum.
