Security Deposit of $1000 refundable if no damage is done to property or excessive cleaning required.  $150 cleaning fee is non-refundable.

$1000 deposit + 50% of rental rate due at booking;  Full (remaining) rent + any  applicable fees due 30 days prior to arrival date.   

Pet Fee: $250

Cancellation Policy: All deposits/payments are non-refundable unless 30 days notice is given and same dates are re-booked.
