This beautiful Waikiki Sunset unit is located at 229 Paoakalani Ave. It is one block to Waikiki Beach and 1 block to famous Kapiolani Park (the Honolulu Zoo, the Waikiki Aquarium, the Waikiki Shell). The unit features a full kitchen with all the conveniences of home, free high speed Internet, free calling within the U.S. and Canada, and free parking. There are two new comfortable double beds and one queen-sized sofa bed. The condo is centrally air conditioned for even temperatures throughout, and there is a tv with dvd in both the living and bedrooms. Enjoy ocean views from the bedroom and living area. We have beach equipment and beach towels for you use.

The condo has installed broadband internet, with unlimited usage, and telephone free calling to anywhere in the U.S. There is central air conditioning, flat-panel tv/dvd in both living and bedrooms. There are also beach chairs, boogie board, snorkle equipment, umbrella, and other comforts of home.
The building is full of amenities including: heated swimming pool, bar-b-que area, tennis courts, men's and women's saunas, Internet room, free wifi on the rec deck and pool area, and a convenience store on the 5th floor. There is garage parking, and laundry facilities on every floor

July 1 - August 31, 2012 -- $995/week; $3395/month; $145/day. ***July 4th holiday rate may be adjusted, depending on length of stay.
September 1 - December 14, 2012 -- $895/week; $3195/month; $135/day. ***Holiday rates may be adjusted, depending on length of stay.
December 15 - January 6, 2013 -- $1249/week; $3995/month; $190/day. ***New Year's holiday rates may be adjusted, depending on length of stay.
10% Discount for military or kama'aina (ID required) for stays of a week or more.
10% Prepayment discount on all rental rates of at least six nights, if entire amount due is paid at time of booking and more than 60 days prior to arrival.
Individual nights over holidays may be adjusted. A housekeeping fee of $99. ($160 for stay of a month or more) and applicable taxes will be added.
$10/night add'l charge for adults numbering over four.
There is also a refundable $200. security deposit ($300. for first- time larger groups) to ensure the return of the parking pass and garage key card.
