There are two new comfortable double beds and one queen-sized sofa bed.  The condo is centrally air conditioned for even temperatures throughout, and there is a tv with dvd in both the living and bedrooms.  Enjoy ocean views from the bedroom and living area. We have beach equipment and beach towels for you use.

The condo has installed broadband internet, with unlimited usage, and telephone free calling to anywhere in the U.S.  There is central air conditioning, flat-panel tv/dvd in both living and bedrooms.  There are also beach chairs, boogie board, snorkle equipment, umbrella, and other comforts of home.

The building is full of amenities including: heated swimming pool, bar-b-que area, tennis courts, men's and women's saunas, Internet room, free wifi on the rec deck and pool area, and a convenience store on the 5th floor.  There is garage parking, and laundry facilities on every floor

This is one of Waikiki's most desirable and convenient locations. Enjoy fast food or the finest restaurants withing two blocks of the unit.  Near Kapiolani Park, The Shell, the Bandstand, Art in the Park, the Aquarium, Starbucks, cycling, jogging, numerous other outdoor activities.

Within one-half block you can go to the beach, park fields, the Waikiki
Zoo, shops, or restaurants. 
Within two blocks, there is the Waikiki Shell, the Honolulu Aquarium,
Jogging runs, and more beaches/shops/restaurants.

March 31 - June 30, 2014 -- $1150/week; $3295/month; $179/day.   

10% Discount for military or kama'aina (ID required) for stays of a week or more.

10% Prepayment discount on all rental rates of at least six nights, if entire amount due is paid at time of booking and more than 60 days prior to arrival.

Individual nights over holidays may be adjusted. A housekeeping fee of $135. ($175. for stay of a month or more) and applicable taxes will be added. 

$20/night add'l charge for adults numbering over four.  

There is also a refundable $200. ParkingPass/GarageKeyCard/Security deposit ($300. for first-time larger groups, or monthly guests).
