Amazing spacious condo located on the 6th floor of a dual building complex. The pool is in between both buildings with a club house bridging the two. Beautifully furnished in deco style. Tiles in the living room and kitchen. Carpets in the bedroom.
The balcony has access from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Stunning sunset views can be seen from both the the Living Room and Bedroom for a very romantic atmosphere.
There is a doorman 24/7 for full security.
You can relax at the pool and go across the street to the beach.

There is a walking and a cycling path along the intracoastal. You are within walking distance of boutiques, restaurants, cafes and the theater. It's a very safe area with regular patrols cruising keeping traffic speed down and checking on our safety.
You're not far from Shopping centers and Marina in Boynton, Lake worth and Downtown Palm Beach. Other areas of interest at Clematis Street District, City Place, Kravis Center for Performing arts and Gardens Mall.

vacation rental rates
Minimum 4 months (120 days) any time. A month is considered as 30 consecutive days (not necessarily starting the first of the month).
$1900/month (May- Oct)
$2500/month (Nov-Apr)
$1500 security deposit (returned 2 weeks after departure)
$80 cleaning fee on departure
Payment schedule can be arranged.
Renter pays cost of utilities over $80/month (cost will be deducted from security deposit).
Renter pays any movies-on-demand ordered from the Cable Company at actual cost.
