Swimming, boating, biking, fishing, para-sailing, golf, tennis, theatre, shopping and fine dining nearby. A short drive and you can enjoy the best that Sarasota offers theatre, ballet, symphony and opera; upscale and casual restaurants; shopping at St. Armand's Circle boutiques; and other vacation activities such as the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, Golden Apple Dinner Theatre, Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, and a Sunday evening must:  Siesta Beach drumming circle!

Rentals are one week minimum.

This unit can be rented for 6 months from Nov 15 to May 15  for  $4000 monthly for either four, five or six months. 

Deposit required for reservation:  $400   Pet deposit:  $250

For all rentals,  deposit is payable within one week for reservation.  One half is paid 30 days in advance and balance is payable at check-in.  Cancellation of reservations result in deposit forfeiture; pet deposit will be refunded in full.  All cancellations within 30 days of check-in are subject to a 50% charge, within 15 days 100% charge.  All rental is subject to 11% sales and bed tax which is added to the rates.  For rentals of two weeks or more, a maid service is available for a nominal fee and a cleaning fee of $85 is charged to renter.
