Vacation Rental Description

Bright and airy 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath beach house located a few  
minutes walk to the non-drive section of New Smyrna Beach. This home  
has a 2 car garage, eat in kitchen, large open living room with  
french doors which open to a deck and gazebo outside to relax and  
enjoy the cool ocean breezes. The master bedroom with private bath is  
located on the first floor. On the second level are two beautifully  
decorated cheerful bedrooms and a full bath with a large shower. Both  
of these bedrooms have french doors which open onto a wonderful deck,  
ideal for sun bathing.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This well maintained home is equipped with everything you will need  
to enjoy your stay at the beach. The kitchen has a refrigerator with  
an ice maker, elec.range and stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage  
disposal. The home has cent.heat and air, 2 TVs - one in the living  
room and one in an upstairs bedroom both with cable. There is a  
washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All the rooms have ceiling  
fans. All linens are provided as well.

Activities and Attractions

New Smryna has over 13 miles of beautiful clean expansive beach which  
is open to the public for swimming, sunbathing, sailing, boating  
surfing etc. There are several golf courses and tennis courts  
available. 
For the car enthusiasts, there is stock car racing at New Smyrna  
Raceway as well as NASCAR at close by Daytona Speedway.  
Greyhounds run at the track in Daytona also. 
Kennedy Space Center is another area attraction not to be missed! 
Close by are the world class attractions of Disney World, Sea World,  
Universal and the Orlando Science Center - just to name a few. 
There is wonderful shopping at various outlet stores too.

Vacation Rental Rates

$3000.00  per month, plus tax 
 
Weekly rentals available upon request, holiday and special events -  
rates higher. 
 
$500.00 security deposit and half the rent required to hold  
reservation  
$100.00 cleaning fee 
no refunds for cancellations made 30 days prior, and cancellations  
must be made in writing
