White Sands Village # 903 in Siesta Key

The condo on vacation rental is unit 903 of White Sands Village Condominiums located on Midnight Pass Rd on Siesta Key Florida.  It is ground level and turnkey furnished condo. It has one large bedroom with a king size bed. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. The necessary bedding for a comfortable stay is provided. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer and the necessary ustensils for preparing your favourite meals. The aminities include local phone service, basic color cable, 2 TV, DVD player and new sound system (MP3, iPod. FM...). WiFi Internet access is available. The lanai area have been incorporated for an extended living room.

Tenants have access to a large pool heated year-round, a clubhouse, saunas, lounge chairs, a gas grill and covered picnic tables. A laundry facility is located just beside the condo. A covered parking is available and additional parking spaces uncovered are available for guests. There is also a boat dock located on a canal that flows into Little Sarasota Bay, in a quiet, grassy part of grounds. Space is limited so check on availability.

White Sands Village is just steps away (about 5 minutes walk) from the Siesta Key Public Beach famous for its sparkling powder-white sands composed of 99% pure quartz. The beach has been classified as the second most beautiful beach in the United States and appears to ranking of 10 most beautiful beaches in the world.

There are two additional Gulf of Mexico beaches on Siesta Key, as well as great little shops and restaurants. You’ve got easy access to boat rentals, bicycle rentals, jetski rentals, parasailing... There are many restaurants and shopping facilities on the island. Siesta Key is close to a wealth of retail, cultural and recreation activities in Sarasota and nearby communities.

Rates are subject to 12% Sales Tax. One-time departure cleaning fee $80.00. Advanced Reservation Deposit of $300 required to confirm reservation.
