A $200 refundable damage /securtiy deposit secures the reservation, and is due within 7 (seven) days of booking (this deposit is refundable within 14 days of departure, assuming no damage to the unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear). This deposit does is not credited towards rent. A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee is also due with the initial reservation deposit, for a total of $300 initial deposit.
50% of the rental amount is due 60 days before arrival. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before arrival.
