W. W. Lodge - Lakefront Private Home in Baldwin

This beautiful 3,000 square foot lakefront home is fully furnished with three full baths (one has a jacuzzi tub) and gorgeous knotty Pine interior. An 85 foot sandy beach and 30 foot dock is perfect for swimming and fishing. Enjoy our complimentary paddle boat and row boat. A two-stall attached garage can secure your vehicles, snow-mobiles, or 4-wheelers. This location is ideal for visiting  the awesome Lake Michigan Area (approximately 30 miles), less than 5 miles from the 100 acre Manistee National Forest, Pere Marquette River, and the Lake County and Newaygo County's groomed snow-mobile trails. Cross-country skiing trails, down-hill skiing, and all-terrain trails are within a few miles along with many great golf courses. A public boat landing on the lake makes it easy for you to bring your boat or wave runner.

The first floor of the W. W. Lodge has a large open living room and dining area with the kitchen off to the side, a full bath, and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. An open covered deck off the living room provides a perfect view of the senic lake where eagles and loons call home. The deck hosts a picnic table, grill, and lounge chairs.

The second floor has one bedroom with a private open covered deck over-looking Pettibone Lake where you can relax in a hammock or two outdoor chairs and a table. A queen-sized bed, television, and a cozy reading chair sets inside this bedroom. A play room full of toys and books and a desk is located on the second floor along with a full bathroom. Also located on the seconf floor is a bunk room with three double beds and two single beds and portable room dividers for a little privacy. Ceiling fans are located in all bedrooms as well as portable fans for your use. The cool breeze off the lake is usually sufficient.

The finished basement has a recreation room, television, wet bar and mini-refrigerator, laundry room (washer and dryer), and a full bathroom. The enclosed 3-season deck had a poker table and air hockey table.

A small boat house will hold your outdoor equipment (water toys, skiing equipment, fishing gear, and more).
