Arizona Is A GREAT Place to Spend Christmas! in Green Valley

Reconditioned Two Bedroom, two bath double-wide with Arizona Room.  Approximately 1200 sq ft.  Fully furnished with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, baking pans, cook books, linen, towels, iron & ironing board, vaccum and much more.  Four bookcases full of mysteries!  Almost new washer, dryer, refridgerator and dishwasher.  The furniture includes one Queen Bed in Master Bedroom, two twin beds in second bedroom and a couch that folds out to a queen size. There are two reclining living room chairs, a computer table and a mid-size dining table with four chairs.  The Arizona room is the entire length of the home and completely enclosed.    Back yard has one orange tree (still young) and one grapefruit tree which has borne fruit the last several years.  There is also a small patio with a table and four chairs with an unbrella.  The other side of the house has a carport which will accommodate two cars end to end.  Small work shed is attached.

There are beautiful views of the Santa Rita Mountains out the front windows and you will have access to the community club house with heated pool, hot tub and exercise room.  This is a 55 & older community, one resident must be 55 years or older.

Small pets are acceptable with a deposit.  Park rules restrict the pets to two small to medium dogs or two cats.  Cat door is already installed from living room to Arizona room.

Rental amount depends on the length of the lease.

Utlities are an additional $200 per month.  Direct TV Service is NOW INCLUDED!
