LifeCycle Treadmill for adult exercise. Screened in patio with gas grill for relaxing entertaining. Outdoor HEATED shower for swimmers.

Unlike most rentals, this home is completely stocked with necessities such as foil, saran wrap, spices, vinegar & oil,Printing cartridges and paper, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, soap, laundry detergeant, Large professional First Aid Kit, condiments, propane gas for grill, cleaning supplies, Dishwashing detergeant, trash bags, zip-loc, etc.  It is our home and is filled with everything that we or our guests would need. Unlike most vacation rentals, you don't need to rush out and buy the basics.

Owner Pays landscaper, Pool Service and Pest control.
Also available: Housekeeping service, personal assistant, babysitting or personal trainer at renters’ cost.  For a small fee someone can do all the laundry and shopping while you enjoy the sunshine.
