vacation rental description
Sit out on our large balcony and enjoy the the duck & swan pond. This is a great family resort with many amenities. Your children will love the lazy river, kiddie pool and play area. There is a new 37" LCD TV in the living room. There are smaller LCD TVs in the bedrooms. New ceramic top range and refrigerator in March 2010. This condo was professionally decorated. None of the furnishings are the original. Our rate includes everything (linens, departure cleaning, parking pass, local phone calls, and wireless internet service). There are no other charges. Condo is located halfway between the ocean and the lazy river. Ocean view from the balcony!
