Just 2 blocks from Southlake with terrific walking and biking.  It is centered between two great golf courses, the Diplomat Golf and Country Club and Hollywood Beach Country Club. The heated pool has a Jacuzzi, Gazebo with room for entertaining and an optional  child safety fence. The chef's kitchen is a joy to use with all new appliances and an adjacent courtyard patio with swings and slide for kids. There is a very large yard with Palmetto sod that is fully fenced and private. If gambling is your thing you have Hardrock, Mardi Gras, and Gulfstream Casinos just a few minutes by car.  Pass leisurely days in the heated pool and cultivated garden or participating in the local Festivals and free outdoor concerts.
