First floor, split plan.  Ocean views from living area & both bedrooms.  Two bedroom/bath combinations with queen beds & full baths.  Central living/dining/granite kitchen with microwave & dishwasher.  Immaculate and fully furnished with linens and kitchenware.  Air conditioning & 3 ceiling fans for your comfort.  Large oceanside patio areas for your outdoor enjoyment, including those that offer shade and/or privacy.  Outdoor parking for vehicles, indoor parking for two motorcycles.  32" Satellite TV with music channels.  Residence is not currently equipped with telecommunications equipment.   Built prior to ADA Coding and Not Handicapped accessible. 

Swimming, sunning, shelling, sand castle building, birdwatching, dolphin sighting, stargazing, hiking, biking, boating, fishing, surfing, jet skiing & parasailing are routine activities on this beach.   Whatever your pleasure, or level of activity, you will find it in our locale.  If nothing else is on your agenda, taking in the Sunrise over sparkling waters is a joy to remember.  However, Ponce Inlet Preserve with its fishing jetty & picnic grounds are just down the beach.  So are the 100 year old Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, The Marine Science Center, and numerous waterfront restaurants, including the famous "Racing's North Turn" and those with Marinas such as Inlet Harbour & Boondock's.  The area offers protected parks & estuaries for kayaking, canoing, and picnicking, and numerous snow & ice free golf courses (including LPGA) and miniature golf for the kids.  The new Pavilion at Port Orange is a " something for everyone destination",  featuring shopping,  a restaurant district, and a 14 screen theatre.   20 minutes to Daytona International Speedway, the Airport, Main Street Daytona,  or the Ocean Walk Convention Center & Boardwalk Complex.  Day trips North to St. Augustine; South to Cape Canaveral; or Southwest to Orlando theme parks - Disney, Epcot, & Universal Studios - 60 - 90 minutes away on I-95 or I-4.
