Cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath half duplex on a lagoon, Gulfside in Marathon. Very nicely decorated and furnished. Queen in the master, queen in the 2nd plus a double futon. Sleeps 6. Vaulted ceilings in livingroom adds to the spacious feel. The kitchen has a breakfast nook. The gas grill is on the back deck where you can sit and look over the lagoon. Nice backyard is newly DVD, washer/dryer, microwave, no dishwasher. Ask about summer and fall special rates!
