This historic mansion is ideal for multiple famlies and larger groups in town for weddings, conferences, etc. Located on a quiet residential street of other grand homes in a vibrant urban neighborhood in Seattle.
Gracious formal rooms are perfect for hosting an elegant dinner (banquet table in dining room seats 18), or relaxing after a day of sightseeing in the city. The 10 well appointed bedrooms sleep up to 24 guests, and the large professional kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve meals for multiple people (also set up for catering).
The Shuey House sits on 3 city lots, with a large lawn (rare in the city!) for relaxing or setting up a game of croquet. Just 2 blocks away are restaurants, coffee shops, theaters, parks, grocery stores and shopping. The bus conveniently stops 1 block away and provides quick and easy access to all your favorite Seattle destinations.

DEPOSIT: $1000 security deposit applied towards balance. Credit card (VISA, MC) required on file for damage deposit (authorization only). Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELATION POLICY: Cancellations prior to 90 days are 100% refunded. Cancellations made less than 90 days out, forfeit the $1000 deposit. Cancellation made less than 30 days out are non-refundable. Partial refund may be possible if we are able to re-book the dates.
