The Shuey House is located near the University of Washington, on a tree-lined street of other grand homes built in the early 1900's. It is a great location for walking to restaurants, theaters, parks and commerce. It is also convenient to most Seattle attractions and downtown Seattle.

Low Season (Oct-May): $500-$650 night, $3000/week . Minimum 3 nights. Main house only during low-season (MIL is occupied). Sleeps total of 14 guests with 6 bedrooms.
High Season (June-Sept): $4800/week. Full house including MIL unit. Sleeps total of 25 guests with 10 bedrooms.
