This historic mansion is the perfect place for family reunions, conferences, or housing your out of town family and friends during the week of your wedding. Located on a quiet residential street of other grand homes in a vibrant urban neighborhood in Seattle.
Large, gracious rooms make relaxing or entertaining a pleasure. Each of the 10 bedrooms sleeps 2 or more guests, and are well supplied with all you need for a comfortable stay. There are 2 full kitchens, including a large professional kitchen that makes serving large groups a breeze.
The Shuey House sits on a 15,000 sq. ft lot with a large lawn (rare in the city!) for relaxing or setting up a game of croquet. Just 2 blocks away are multiple restaurants, coffee shops, theaters, parks, grocery stores and shopping. The bus conveniently stops 1 block away and provides quick and easy access to all your favorite Seattle destinations.
The Shuey House is a great alternative to a group of hotel rooms, and provides your guests with a place to all be together in one home, with plenty of space to spread out. Weekly summer rental only, but 3 night minimum stays available to reduce last minute inventory. Please check with us.

Saturday farmer's market (voted best in Seattle) just 1 block away. Greenlake (Seattle's "Central Park") just 1 mile. Restaurants, grocery stores, outdoor shopping center (University Village), University of Washington, parks and more within walking distance. You are in the heart of the city, but on a quiet residential street.

Available summers only (mid June-Sept): $5600/week* (Tuesday check in/out).
WA sales tax 9.5% not included.
*Weekly rental only. Stays less than one week (3 night minimum) may be available to reduce inventory later in the season. Please contact us for more information.
DEPOSIT: $1000 security deposit applied towards balance. Credit card (VISA, MC) required on file for damage deposit (authorization only). Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELATION POLICY: Cancellations prior to 90 days are 100% refunded. Cancellations made less than 90 days out, forfeit the $1000 deposit. Cancellation made less than 30 days out are non-refundable. Partial refund may be possible if we are able to re-book the dates.
