Ten minute drive to the famous fishing village of Capitola.    Enjoy the beach, shopping and restaurants in this quaint seaside town.  Ten minutes North  is the world-famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk with fun rides and  family entertainment .   Our private backyard is perfect for relaxing after a busy day.   We provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use.  Ample parking in our driveway for four cars.

Low Season:  Oct, 15 – May 15-  $200- $225/night-- (2 night minimum)
7 nights (1 week) --$1350 

 High Season:  May 15 – Oct.15    $225/night
 7 nights (1 week) --$1450  

Holidays are considered High Season-- (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
