For the golf purist, this is the ideal location, set between the TPC of Myrtle Beach and Gary Player's signature Blackmoor Golf Course and within 15 minutes of all the great courses on the South Strand.  For vacationers, it's only 15 minutes to Downtown Myrtle, 10 minutes to some of the nicest beaches and Pawley's Island and just a little over an hour to Charleston.  All the nicest restaurants on the Inlet are just a few miles away!

Summer/Fall (April-October) $1800

Monthly Rentals are subject to a one-time cleaning fee of $75

Long-term rentals (6 months-year) $1200 + utilities and 1 month deposit required.

Reservation/Security Deposit: $500

Check-In: 3:00pm, Check-Out: 11am

Homeowner Association rules and regulations apply to guests

No motor-homes, trailers or watercrafts are permitted.

Management Company is in the development.  Any damage, violations and/or excessive cleaning will be charged to the tenant.
