Villa Jacono for 13 people between Sorrento and Amalfi in Sorrento

Villa Jacono lies on the Amalfi side of the Sorrento Peninsula, just opposite the mythological mermaids' islands called Li Galli and the breathtaking panorama of the Gulf of Salerno which continues as far as Capo Palinuro.
The Villa opens out towards the panorama following its own circular shapes and making the villa garden an integral part of the landscape.

You reach the property via aside road that joins the main Meta-Amalfi road, which connects Sorrento to Positano, and is about 7 Kms far from both towns.

The circular architecture of the villa, which is levelled on two terraced floors, harmonised the outside spaces, terraces and garden, with the internal ones, which are full of light and furnished with valuable Neapolitan furniture from the 1900s, including a beautiful billiard table, and together it creates an extraordinary Sixties atmosphere.

Annexed to the Villa there is a  Studio of 30msq with large terrazzo, completely independent, with a double bed and a single bed in the living. The Studio can accommodate comfortably, 3 persons.                                                                The cost is separated from the Villa,  it goes from € 60,00 to € 100,00 per night.

Last Minute price per Villa until 8 pax € 300,00 per night, from June 14th to September 18th 2010 - minimum stay 5 night . 

Season: low, middle, high

Double bedroom € 85 - 120

Villa until 8 pax: from € 340 to € 500 per night - from € 2200 to € 3500 per week

Guesthouse 3 pax: from € 75 to 110 per night - from € 500 to 650 per week

Added bed in the room in Villa :  € 30,00 per bed/night € 210,00 per week .

In high season we rent all the Villa only from Saturday to Saturday.
In the low season minimum stay 4 nights.

Please note that there are some additional charges that you will have to pay locally:

• The Obligatory Final Cleaning € 25,00 per person
• Electricity to consumption.
• heating € 30,00 per day.

Payment Policy

• We require 50% of the total amount due, within 5 days from the confirmation date.
• The remaining amount is due in Cash (local currency) on the arrival day.

Cancellation Policy

• You are allowed to cancel the reservation with no penalty up to 45 days from the arrival date.
• From 44 days up to the arrival date the deposit paid will be charged as penalty.
• In case of no-show 100% of the total amount due will be charged as penalty.

In case of cancellation for Force Majeure, the penalty will be kept as deposit of a future vacation to be held within 1 year, upon availability of the space.
