Charming railroad apartment in pre-war townhouse with beautiful architectual details. One bedroom with full bed, queen-size sofa bed in living room, separate dining room with large dining table, separate kitchen, high ceilings. 42 inch flat screen tv with cable, high speed wireless internet (computer not provided). DVD player, 5-disc cd played, Bose Ipod doc. Available from October 31, 2009 - November 22, 2009. Minimum one week rental. For two weeks or more I will pay for a cleaning service to come in.

One block from subway station. Five minutes to Times Square, theater district, Rockefeller Center. Ten minutes to Greenwich Village. Come to New York for Halloween, experience world-famous Greenwich Village Halloween Parade, beautiful fall foliage in Central Park and NYC marathon (blocks from finish line)!!

2 weeks: Oct. 31 - Nov. 14 - $2500

1 week: Nov. 7 - Nov. 14th or Nov. 14th - Nov. 22nd - $1300

2 weeks: Nov. 7 - Nov. 22nd - $2200

3 weeks: Oct. 31st - Nov. 22nd - $3000

25% deposit for one week, 50% for two or three weeks, non-refundable. Cashier's check or paypal (3% additional fee). Payment in full upon arrival, cash or travelers check.
