Our pool home has many amenities and is located in a beautiful gated community; great family home with close access to the beach and the intercoastal.

The entire home is tastefully furnished with Tropical decor; enjoy intercom radio and cable TV with VCR and DVD; high speed internet connection and free long distance calling; decorator ceiling fans through out; includes washer and dryer, iron and ironing board; kitchen has built-in microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door, toaster, coffee maker, blender and everything you need in the kitchen including beautiful dishes and glassware. There is even a filled spice rack.

Dine in the eat-in kitchen with wicker table and chairs or entertain in the more formal dining room. House will accommodate eight people comfortably.

Spacious Bedrooms - Master Bedroom has king bed and full bath, huge walk-in closet; 2nd bedroom has queen bed; 3rd bedroom has twin beds and sofa has
queen sofa bed. All bedrooms have drawer space and large closets; hair dryers are in each full bath.  Additonal photos can be furnished upon inquiry.

Pool area includes dining table with chairs and chaise lounges with pads. A smaller table and chairs is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Beach towels and some pool toys are furnished for your enjoyment.

Enjoy biking, golf, tennis, fishing, wildlife viewing, snorkeling, boating and all water sports, amusement parks; Approximately 45 minutes drive to theme parks in Orlando; 15 minutes to Daytona and the Space Center. Walk thru the shops and restaurants in the quaint historical district of New Smyrna Beach. Take advantage of the fine dining all around the area.

Available by the week or discounts available for multiple week or monthly rentals. Price is determined by number of persons occupying house and time of visit. (Maximum capacity is 8 and minimum age requirement for rental is 25) Slightly higher rates for holidays and special events.

A Security deposit of $500 will hold your reservation and is refundable within ten days of vacating the house. Deposit should be in the form of certified check or money order and does not count towards rental.
