Home is a split plan 2 bedroom with king size pillow top mattress in each room. Master suite has a huge double shower and patio with a hot tub. Newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances. Private side court yard and fenced back yard with deck including a covered swing and place to hang a hammock. Washer and dryer included along with cable and high speed internet. All linens, cookware and dishes included. Pack your cloths and tooth brush and come on down and enjoy the Florida sunshine this winter.

Tampa, Orlando, Clearwater including Busch Gardens, Disney World,
Universal Studios, Sea World Clearwater Beach, Lowrey Park Zoo,
Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, Tampa International Airport are all a
short distance away.

Dozens of golf corses, shopping, and beaches less that 30 minutes drive. 2 blocks away from the river, 4 blocks to Sims park.

Rates are $2000 for one month, $1500 per month if you book 2 months or more. Pets are negotiable with a $250 non- refundable deposit. Rent shall be paid with certified funds 30 days prior to arrival. A $500 refundable security deposit must be at the time of reservation to confirm your reservation, refundable if cancellation occurs as per lease agreement. All utilities included expect power, tenant will pay actual cost of bill.  Security deposit will be refunded after payment of last electric bill.   There is a three month minimum booking required from Dec thru the end of March.  Request for bookings more than 60 days in advance will require a non refundable security deposit.
