Beautiful Vista Waikoloa Condo with Golf Course View in Waikoloa Beach Resort

Are you ready to stay at one of the most beautiful resorts in Hawaii? Welcome to Vista Waikoloa in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island. You won't find a more attractive, restful site for your vacation in Hawaii. Vista Waikoloa is very tropical with lush landscaping and large rustling palm trees. Enjoy the white sandy beach at Anaeho'omalu Bay, and golf at the championship Beach and King's Golf Courses. The Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace offer boutique shopping and wonderful restaurants. Everything is within easy walking distance.

Our condo is located on the ground floor and has a view of the Beach Golf Course. Practice your putting at the green near our lanai and enjoy the beautiful sunrises over Mauna Kea. This stunning condo has concrete construction so it is very quiet. 

Our two bedroom, two bath condo has tile floors throughout the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. It has central air conditioning with ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room. We have a big screen TV with a DVD/CD  player in the living room. We also provide a high speed cable modem with wireless access. The dining table seats four with two bar stools at the breakfast bar. Our full size kitchen has a stainless steel bottom freezer refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven. We have equipped it with small appliances, kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishes.

The master bedroom has a king size Tempur-Pedic bed and a small TV with DVD. The master bathroom has a double vanity, separate glassed-in shower, and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has twin beds and a small desk. It also has a TV for watching DVDs. It has sliding doors for privacy and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower. 

We provide all bed and bath linens, including beach towels. The full size stack washing machine and dryer are located in the hall closet. The lanai has a dining table with seating for four plus two lounge chairs.

Enjoy fine or casual dining at both the Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace. They also offer many boutiques and specialty stores, including Whaler's General Store. The Hilton Waikoloa and Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel have excellent restaurants. Since the Vista Waikoloa is located between the two, it is a very easy walk. Shuttle buses provide transportation throughout the resort.

Vista Waikoloa is next to the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course - one of the most beautiful courses in Hawaii. The Robert Trent Jones, Jr. course was literally carved from the lava flow along Anaeho'omalu Bay. The Waikoloa Beach Resort is also home to the Kings Golf Course which features links-style golf carved over and around an ancient lava flow.

Relax on the white sandy beach at Anaeho'omalu Bay on the lounge chairs under the palm trees. Rent beach toys, enjoy swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. Dive and snorkel boats, and sunset sailing cruise boats also depart from the A-Bay daily.

Humpback whales are common in Hawaii between December and March. You can often see them from the shore and Whale Watching boats depart from Kailua-Kona.

$200 per night December 16-January 5

$250 security deposit is due with confirmed reservation. Rent plus 12.416% Hawaii hotel tax is due 60 days before arrival. Security deposit is refunded within 10 days of departure if there are no damages or excessive cleaning fees.

Cancellation Policy: $250 security deposit is forfeited if canceled before rent is paid. If cancellation is after rent is paid, security deposit is refund. Rent is only refunded if condo is rebooked.
