A gas fireplace, with a hand carved Juniper Mantle warms the living room and dining area. There is plenty of room in the Granite and Stainless Steel kitchen for everyone to help prepare the next meal. Full house? Not to worry - there is a full kitchen in the basement too! Need to check in with work? There is a private office, for your business needs (BYOC - bring your own computer).

The Second Floor Master has its own Private Deck which overlooks the Reservoir. Waiting to awaken you in the morning is the Master Bathroom, with a Travertine Tiled walk-in shower and Jacuzzi Tub, resting peacefully under a picture window. Housekeeping
Standard Housekeeping is performed after your checkout. If excessive cleaning is required (for instance, removing a strong and lingering cooking odor) additional charges will apply. Additional housekeeping service may also be provided during your stay upon request. Rates will depend on the level of service desired.

GLBT Friendly

Our rates are based on up to eight (8) people with a two (2) night minimum for all stays. Please add 9.5% for state and local lodging taxes.

Rates are based on the greatest number of people who will be staying in the house at any one time during your visit.

Full Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for changes or cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival at A Prineville Reservoir Retreat. The purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance is made available at the time of the reservation and not after final payment has been made. Trip Cancellation Insurance pays for non-refundable payments and certain costs if your trip must be cancelled or interrupted for catastrophic reasons.
