Luxury Villas or Penthouse Units in Tropical Paradise in Dominican Republic

My wife and I are Gold members at the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club, a Gold Crown Resort. We are VIP members and are entitled to use all the VIP facilities at this 5 star resort located on the beach near Puerto Plata. You can rent the weeks that we cannot use and enjoy full VIP treament as our guests. Transportation to and from the airport (about 40 minutes) is complimentary for us and our guests. We have access to either 3 or 4 bedroom Villas. Two bedroom Penthouse suites are also available as are one/two bedroom apartments and junior suites and studios for smaller groups. 

This resort is fairly unique since it features over 90 luxury Villas. Each Villa is a beautiful home away from home with absolutely first class appointments.  As the ulitmate in luxury and exclusivity, these Lifestyle Crown Villa estates with their luxurious, private three and four bedroom villas offer members and/or their guests a unique and exclusive vacation experience in virtual privacy. All Villas are in a classical Spanish Mediterranean style, with red tile roofs, stucco plastered walls and stone columns in beautiful gardens with lush tropical vegetation. They ALL have their own private pool, shaded terrace and veranda, kitchen, bathrooms with showers and hairdryer leading off each bedroom. They are all beautifully furnished and are equiped with air conditioning and cable TV. In the villas, a personal maid will prepare breakfast each day for your enjoyment. The kitchens are fully equiped and the refridgerator is stocked with drinking water, juice and beer at all times. A simple phone call will summon a shuttle to take you anywhere on the resort.

As an all inclusive resort, you will have first class service at all VIP areas such as the VIP Pool with wonderful sunning beds and cocktails or beer as you desire.  

As a VIP guest you will be able to use all the VIP facilities at the resort. This includes 6 swimming pools, and a beach. Meals are available at the VIP Gourmet restaurant or any of the other 4 VIP restaraunts or the Casa Blanca buffet restaurant There is an arrival party every Sunday and a VIP Party each Thursday evening with live entertainment as well as Fireworks.

I could continue. This is a great resort with many activities for you to enjoy. You will get VIP treament. You can relax or be as active as you desire.  The accomodations are really first class. The Villas are beautiful and will offer you luxury in every way.

During your stay, the all-inclusive feature for all food and drinks is $57.50 per day per person. For those staying in the Villas and $47.50 per person per day, for those staying in the Penthouse units or in the apartments area. Children from 3 to 12 are half price per person per day. This fee is mandatory and is payable upon check-in at the resort. The 4-bedroom villas sleep 8 privately and up to 10. The three bedroom sleeps 6 privately and up to 8. The Penthouse units sleep 4 privately and up to 6. For other units contact me. Availability for any units will be variable depending on the time of the year. The earlier you book the better.

On site you have: beaches, child care, fabulous spa, Fitness center, Aqua Aerobics, exercise equipment, laundry, Medical facilities, Scuba diving, snack bar, windsurfing, boogie boards, kayaks, childrens pool, Hairdresser, live entertainment, playground area, and tennis. Just minutes away there is golf, Horseback riding, Ocean World Aquatic Park with shark and dolphin/people swimming/ interactions, a great Casino with live entertainment , Fishing, and Whitewater rafting plus many excursions can be arranged at the Concierge desk. Several restaurants are located throughout the resort for your choice of cuisine and enjoyment, from Fresh Fish to Italian to a daily huge buffet under a palapa roof, to Fine Dining in the VIP Restaurant, where reservations are required, as well as snack bars and a sushi bar over the beach area. Variety is key here at the resort for your dining pleasure.

$1600 for the 4- bedroom villa

$1100 for the 3- bedroom villa.

$700 FOR the 2- bedroom penthouse. No private pool, but use of all VIP facilities is included including the VIP Pools.

Remember these rates are for a week for unit and does not vary for one person or for 8. The price is for a WEEK. Share the cost with family and friends. Everyone benefits. The all inclusive fees are MANDATORY and cannot be waived.
