This is a great place for large or small groups with a lot of privacy and space. With a spacious kitchen and living room. The outside is ideal for cookouts with water access right from the back of the house.
It's located right around the corner from the IH-35 under pass where there is a boat ramp so bring your boats or jet-skis for great fun in the water.
Also this property is close by to other nearby attractions including Comal River for tubing, Schlitterbahn Voted the best Waterpark, Landa Park, Landa Park Golf Course, and also New Braunfels is conveniently located in the middle of San Marcos and San Antonio.
