Amenities include all tile floors, cable TV, private patio, beautiful beach, heated swimming pool, and use of boat docks.  There are 4 restaurants, a convenience store, and little shops down the road on the Key.  Grocery stores, shopping, our hospital, two librarys, and an internet cafe are within a 3-5 mile radius.

Manasota Key is unique in that there are no high-rise buildings.  This keeps the population density and traffic way-down, compared to the surrounding Keys.

Manasota Key is known for it's shells and sharks teeth that wash up with every tide.  Fishing is excellent from either the beach or bay; you can also hire fishing guides for deep-sea fishing.  During the winter months, join together with other snow-birds for golfing, card games, pot-luck dinners, and other activities.  Activities in town include the little theatre, dining, art classes, YMCA activities, etc.

Additional rates include a departure cleaning fee, 12% tax, and $500 security deposit.
