The "Gulf View" is located in the Doctor's Arm Peninsula in Big Pine Key.  This spacious home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood overlooking the beautiful back country to the Gulf of Mexico.

The large screened-in porch is the perfect place to relax, to read a book, to entertain or just to enjoy the gorgeous view. The glass doors slide open all the way and bring the pretty outdoors inside the nicely furnished home. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar, the livingroom offers a comfortable couch to enjoy your favorite TV program. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bath, the guest bedroom offers two twin beds/one king bed and a full bath. The entire home is decorated in island style.

The monthly rate is based on occupancy plus 7.5% state tax and 5% county tax. A $500.00 refundable reservation/security deposit is required to reserve this Getaway. Pets are welcome - the non-refundable pet deposit is $200.00. The cleaning fee is $150.00. We also can offer you boat dockage at a nearby canal front property for an addional $300.00.
