Condo's 1st bedroom features 1 queen bed that sleeps 2, with their own newly remodeled bathroom.  The 2nd bedroom features two sets of bunk beds that sleep 4 comfortably.   In the living room there is a lazy boy queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more people. Each bedroom has their own television with satellite programming, the living room also has this.  There is also a DVD player, VHS player, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, pots and pans,  utensils, and linens available for renters use.

The Kitchen is completely new.  There are granite counter tops and stainless steal appliances.  The counter is open to the living space, so you could cook and entertain at the same time.

Open living room/dinning room with entrance to big balcony.  Balcony is large and spacious with partial ocean and intercoastal views. Space to put all your beach things.

Laudry room is located on the same floor.

1 Valet Parking and 1 Self-parking (across the street) available with unit.

It is a very calm building.  It has a heated swimming pool, sauna, gym, card room, library, pool room, and of course Hollywood beach just steps from down stairs.

From the months of October through April the Max rates apply.  From January through March, we prefer rentals of two months to three months.   If you decide to rent for a longer time period, during this season, we will work with your rate.  The months of May through September, prices vary.  Weeks falling on 4th of July, Labor day, Easter and Memorial day have special rates.  Call or email with any questions.
