Charming hilltop cottage just above downtown shopping, dining and boardwalk. Guests have access to busy waterfront while residing in a quaint neighborhood away from crowds. Walk to state park and beach. One of Grand Haven's historic treasures, 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, sleeps 9. The main floor offers a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, inviting living room with lots of sun, full bath, and a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed. Upper level has a full bath and two bedrooms; one with a queen bed, one with two full beds. Furnished basement with foosball/table tennis, full size futon, and a washer/dryer. All cookware/linens provided. Private backyard, outdoor deck with patio set and grill. No pets or smoking please. 50% non-refundable deposit due upon reservation. Available June$1200/wk plus a $50 cleaning fee. July and August $1350/wk plus a $50 cleaning fee.
