This unusual cottage with a second floor deck is only 10 minutes from Traverse City. It has a sand beach and boat/fishing dock directly across the road. The road has very little traffic and is used only by local residents. Silver Lake is a clear, spring fed, all sports lake. It's great for swimming, fishing and water sports.
