This home is very well equipped with quality linens and a fully stocked kitchen.  This home belongs to the Chamberlands HOA with pool, tennis and beach facilities.  A Weber gas grill is available for BBQ.

The house is near beautiful Lake Tahoe (private shuttle bus to beach in Summer).  Homewood Mountain Resort is less than five minutes away with Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley Ski areas being twenty minutes to the north.  Northstar at Tahoe is a short forty five minutes away.  The nightlife of South Lake Tahoe is a beautiful forty five minute drive to the south. 

Winter Ski Lease Available: $1700/per month Dec. 1 - March 31

Holiday periods have a three night minimum.

All rentals will include a cleaning fee of $150 and a deposit of $300.
