There is an elevator so you can enjoy the benefits of being on the top floor (4th floor) without the inconvenience of stairs after a long day on the beach or a late night out.
Haab is a small condo complex with only 24 units, located between 5th Avenue and the beach in the north end between 38th & 40th. So, if you're familiar with Playa, you know it's only a few minutes stroll to the best beaches in town. Situated at the north end of Little Italy, you can enjoy Il Barretto, That's Amore, El Diez, Babes, Chez Celine, etc. Our location puts you close to 5th Avenue but without the noise, so you'll be assured of quiet, peaceful sleep.
