Oceania Beach Club - OCEANFRONT in New Smyrna Beach

This condo is a third floor end unit - oceanfront!  Lots of windows to see the beach and ocean.  Can't get any closer to the ocean!  It is in walking distance to Flagler Avenue where there are restuarants, sports bars, ice cream store, and many beach shops.  There is also a playground two blocks away.  Very clean unit! 

The condo has been totally remodeled.  The living room has new furniture and has a balcony that looks out to the ocean.  There is also a window in the living room which faces the beach/ocean.  The dining room has a window which also faces the beach/ocean.  The kitchen has new cabinets, countertop, and appliances.  The master room has a new queen size mattress and new furniture.  The balcony faces the ocean.  What a view when you wake up!  The second bedroom has twin beds, also with new furniture.  There is two bathrooms.  Plenty of towels and linens.  Condo has a heated pool,  recreation area on 1st floor with tv room, tables for games, pool table, etc.  Very clean unit!

Walking distance to Flagler Avenue for shopping and restuarants.  One hour away from Disney and Orlando.  Just 50 Minutes to Kennedy Space Center. 20 minutes to Daytona International Speedway. 11 Golf courses within the local driving area.  Take a senic ride on the water taxi up the intercoastal waterway to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse,  on the way you will see manatees, dolphins, all types of wildlife and then stop at Inlet Harbor for lunch or dinner.

Rates are based on seasonal or off season renting.  We do give discounts on monthly renting.
