~ Holiday Weekend Rate:  $2,700.00 (2-nights) plus $650.00 (additional night)

~ New Year's Eve Weekend Rate:  $3200 (2 nights) plus $750 (additional night)

In-Season Weekly Rates**:  Effective December 15th - April 15th, 2012

NOTE: 7-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY

~ Weekly Rate: $4500.00 ($600/night for weeknights); does not apply to holiday weeks.  Runs Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday.

Off-Season Rates:  Effective April 16th - December 14th

Weekend off season rate $1300 with a 2 day minimum stay plus $500 for each additional night. 

~ $500/night mid week, or $3,300 for a weekly stay
