This is a WINTER RENTAL only. 4 month minimum stay. 1900 sqare feet Newer Custom Santa Fe home with all the amenities of home. Kitchen stocked with all the appliances needed for a holiday dinner. An amazing lake view from the front and back is beautiful with the evening sunsets. There is a huge deck up top with 360 degree views from the island to the mountains. There are tables and chairs for a sunset dinner. Everything about the Master Bedroom is big from the Master Bathroom that offers a huge walk in tiled shower and jacuzzi tub to the walk in closet that could make another bedroom. The home has been custom decorated with a Western flair. There is a large covered patio with a spiral staircase leading to a huge deck up top with 360 degree views. The views of the lake are spectacular from the front and back of the house.

The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and has a nice walk in pantry. The Living Room has a 55 inch big screen telivision with a very comfortable couch and 2 leather reclining chairs. There are 3 bdrms, 2bth. Two of the bedrooms have King size beds and the third has twin beds. Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/Microwave/BBQ. Linens, bath towels, blankets and pillows are provided. There is plenty of parking on the driveway for multiple cars and your boat can be parked in the front of house.
Internet,phone and utilities are included in the rent.

Our home is only available as a winter rental. Snowbird renters welcome with a 4 month minimum stay @ $1700.00 month with a 5th month option at a discounted rate. NOTE TO SNOWBIRDS, the home will be available December 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014
