Welcome to HUMMINGBIRD VILLA. Our stunning luxury villa with extended swimming pool (28' x 14') is set within the beautiful lanscaped community of Lake Wilson Preserve, a highly acclaimed and much sought after holiday and residential  location.It has TWO identical Master suites and also boasts hi-speed internet access.

Close to all the major attractions and I-4 (Interstate 4), which is the main thoroughfare to the theme parks, other major attractions, shopping and dining facilities, airports and beaches on the Gulf coast. It is just 10 minutes to the the South entrance gate to Walt Disney World and only minutes from a number of championship golf courses.

Our 4 bedroom detached villa has 2245 square feet of space, 3 bathrooms and full air conditioning. It has its' own swimming pool and all the comforts you could want to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.

Our villa offers two identical master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and cable TV. Two further good sized bedrooms, one with twin single beds, the other with a double bed share a bathroom. Plus there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, for extra beds if required.

Hummingbird Villa provides spacious and luxurious accommodation for a family holiday, but is also perfect for two families to share.

It is also perfect for three couples to share as the third bathroom can be accessed directly from the fourth bedroom providing the option of a third en-suite, if required.

There are large open living and dining areas to ensure there is room for everyone to relax in comfort along with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The living room has comfortable sofas, a large screen cable TV and DVD player. If you want to bring your laptop or any Wi-Fi device to stay in touch with family and friends (or maybe even work!!) there is a free high-speed wireless internet connection.

Our southwest facing pool area provides all the sun that a sun-worshipper could want and creates the perfect setting for watching the sunset.

There is no better way to end the day or recover from a hard day at the parks or golf course than to have dinner 'al fresco' under the covered patio, relax on one of the padded sunloungers or take a relaxing dip in the floodlit pool as the sun sinks slowly into the west.

We have tried to provide everything you might need to make your holiday enjoyable, including for those of you with younger children, a portable cot (with bedding), car seat and highchair.

Our villa provides more than simply a place to sleep between visits to the theme parks, it is a home away from home complete with DVDs, CDs,games and books.

 Perfectly placed our villa with its' ideal location offers easy access from Orlando International Airport (20-25 mins) and to all the Orlando area attractions including the abundance of dining facilities and other attractions along the famous US 192.

All bed linen and towels are provided  including pool towels and the villa will be prepared in readiness for your arrival and cleaned following departure.

 Patio furniture with rectangular glass topped patio table on lanai providing 'al-fresco'dining for 6 and also circular resin patio table with umbrella and seating for a further 4 people, comfortable padded sun loungers with side tables.There is also a pool alarm for your safety.

 There are also beach umbrellas, beach chairs and a coolbox for those days at the beach, an easy 1 hour drive away.

Our villa is single storey and is wheelchair accessible.

 For rentals of less than 7 nights please add $90 towards cleaning.
