Welcome to our Luxury Fully Air Conditioned 4 Bedroom Villa with Two Master suites plus option of a Third, on Lake Wilson Preserve, a small, select and quiet development of privately-owned Mediterranean style villas close to Champions Gate, Kissimmee, Disney, Disney's Celebration Village, and the Reunion Golfing Complex.                                                                                                     
Tastefully furnished to a high standard, and fully equipped, our villa is detached with its' own private south west facing, extended heated pool and deck with Gas BBQ Grill. Set in landscaped gardens in the midst of a conservation area it is just across from Reunion Resort, only 10 minutes to the Disney World Parks, and under 2 miles from the Champions Gate Golf complex (designed by Greg Norman).

Our perfectly placed villa with its' ideal location offers easy access from Orlando International Airport (15-20 mins drive) and to all the Orlando area attractions including the abundance of dining facilities and other attractions along the famous US 192. Our site is safe and has little traffic unlike so many huge estates in Florida. Our site is both residential and rental and has a deep sense  of care and wellbeing in the community.The community is well landscaped, irrigated and maintained to the highest standards.

The south west facing pool and deck area is fully screened to keep out unwelcome insects and has cushioned loungers to enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine on, and chairs and table under a covered lanai and fan - ideal for alfresco dining.  You will find it an ideal situation for a wonderful Florida holiday.

The villa comprises of a large entrance foyer, leading to open plan Great Room with cathedral ceiling and patio doors which open to the covered lanai and pool area.Comfortable suite including queen size sleeper sofa.25 inch Cable TV with 99 channels, DVD/CD player with a selection of DVDs plus books and games Formal dining area with seating for six, adjacent breakfast bar with seating for 2,overlooking the spacious fully fitted kitchen with cosy breakfast nook with table and 4 chairs (+ highchair).

There are 4 Double Bedrooms including 2 Master Bedrooms, each with (American) Queen size Bed, Cable TV, walk- in closet, ceiling fans and en-suite Bathroom with walkin shower, WC, single wash basin and mirrored vanity unit with ornamental lighting. 
Bedroom 3 has a double bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and optional en-suite bathroom, whilst bedroom 4 has 2 single beds, walkin closet,ceiling fan, cot with bedding. 
The 3rd family bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, WC, single washbasin with mirrored vanity unit, ornamental lighting and may be shared between bedrooms 3 and 4 or used as an en-suite to Bedroom 3. There are hairdriers in each bathroom.

The large capacity washing machine and dryer are located in a utility area adjacent to the kitchenwhich is also equipped with an iron/ironing board,vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan set and mop and bucket.
All bed linen and towels are provided, including pool towels, and the villa will be cleaned in readiness for your arrival and following your departure.

There are also beach umbrellas, beach chairs and a coolbox for those days at  the beach.

Outside, and set in landscaped gardens is our extended private swimming pool, 28'x14' and pool deck which are southwest facing to make the most of the Florida sunshine with in-pool lighting and fully screened pool cage to keep the mosquitoes out, covered patio, lanai, Gas BBQ, pool and outdoor lighting. Patio furniture comprising rectangular glass topped patio table on lanai providing 'al-fresco'dining for 6. Also circular resin patio table with umbrella and seating for 4, comfortable cushioned sun loungers with side tables.There is also a pool alarm for your safety.

Our villa is single storey and is wheelchair accessible.                                 

For your safety a Pool Alarm is fitted on all patio doors and windows opening to the Pool Area.                                                                                                   Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
