Vacation Rental Description

This is beautifully decorated, 2,500 sq.ft. mountain  
home with 3 generous bedrooms, a sleeping loft at the top of a  
spiral staircase, a large rec. room (4th bedroom) with a double   
sofabed and pool table, 4 TV's, slate floors, soaring ceilings,  
knotty pine throughout, views of Mt. Rose, a gourmet kitchen, 3  
large decks, gas barbeque, and much more. The master suite is  
huge, has a king bed, master bath with granite floors/counters,  
walk-in shower looking out into a pine forest. The house was  
built in 1999 by a builder/owner and has many added features  
not found in other houses. All new furnishings including leather  
couch/loveseat in living room, new beds, dining table and chairs,   
deck furniture, and more.  
 
Bedding:  1 King in Master BR, 2 Queens  (in separate BR's), 2  
Fulls  in Loft, 1 Double Sofabed in Rec Room.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This house is located in Tahoe Donner, a destination location for  
high-end country living. Access to two championship golf  
courses, recreation centers with tennis, large family pool, adult  
lap pool and spas, workout room, sauna, driving range,  
horseback riding, fishing, and more. This house does not have a  
private pool or jacuzzi on-site, they are at the recreation center.  
Access to private, family-oriented beach at Donner Lake with Jet  
Ski and watersports rentals. Five minutes to wonderfully rustic  
downtown Truckee and several fine restaurants, shopping, and  
even outlet stores.  We are twenty minutes from Lake Tahoe beaches  
and casinos.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, tennis, swimming, hiking, backpacking, bike riding  
(mountain and road courses), fishing (lake and fly/stream),  
skiing, jet skiing, boating, rafting down the Truckee River, fine  
dinning, shopping, and gambling at Lake Tahoe North Shore  
casinos (30 minutes away). 
 
Surf with blazing fast cable wireless internet throughout the house!

Vacation Rental Rates

May 27th to Sept. 6th, $255 per night, 3 Night Minimum 
 
Weekly Rate:  $1,400  
 
Fall Rates: Sept. 7th to Nov. 15th, $175 per night, 3 Night  
Minimum 
 
Winter Rates:   SKI LEASE AVAILABLE - 4 MONTH MINIMUM  $2,900 to $3,300 PER MONTH. 
 
 
Cleaning Fee: $125 + $125  for linens 
Security Deposit:   $500 
 
$7.75 per person per day for access to recreation center facilities   
and private beach.
