holiday seasons, where the minimum stay is one month.

December - April: Monthly Rate is $2,250

May, June,  September - November: Weekly Rate is $600.00 and the
Monthly Rate is $2,000.00

July, August: Weekly Rate is $500.00 and the Monthly Rate is $1,500

RENTAL POLICY AND INFORMATION
Prior to making your reservations, we ask that you carefully review our policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS: One week minimum stay is required except during peak and holiday periods when minimum stay requirements are longer. Last minute reservations are always welcome but are subject to availability.

PAYMENTS: Payments may be made by personal check, cashiers check or money order.

Reservations confirmed with half down non-refundable deposit. Remainder due 30 days before checkin.  Reservations cannot be held unless non refundable deposit has been paid.  

Security deposit of $500 which will be refunded upon inspection of property.  Checks returned will have a $20.00 service fee charged.  

CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 PM AND CHECK –OUT TIME IS 12: 00 NOON
Unauthorized extensions of beyond check out time will result in a half to full day charge against your security deposit. To avoid such charges please call us prior to 11:00 AM to see if a late check out is possible if you are running late in vacating the property.

SUPPLIES: Upon arrival you will be provided with a starter set of soaps tissues and paper. 

TELEPHONE: There is a telephone line and phone sets, that allow unlimited local calls but will require a calling card or credit card to place long distance calls.

HOUSEKEEPING: All reservations are subject to a $100.00 housekeeping charge for departure cleaning. This charge is itemized in your statement. The bed linen and bath towels are provided.

For weekly guests, daily housekeeping services can be provided upon request for an extra charge of $60.00 daily. If the house is left excessively dirty, your security deposit will be charged for additional cleaning charges. Our housekeeping staff will make the final preparations of the house for the next guests.
