Casa Abrego is a freestanding home, fully furnished with all appliances including a washer & dryer, linens are also provided, so just pack your suitcases, and come relax in our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath holiday rental home with Arizona Room and private two person hot tub!

The master suite has a sumptous romantic queen four poster bed, a walk in closet and an ensuite bath. And since Green Valley has more golf courses than you can shake a club at, we have included both a men's golf set and a women's golf set for your use during your stay at Casa Abrego. 

The 2nd bedroom features a lovely queen bed, two closets and a seperate bathroom down the hall.    

The 3rd bedroom is an office and features a new computer with 22" monitor, printer and wireless broadband. It also has a queen size sofa bed for those extra guests and a TV with VHS player. Plus a nice book collection for your perusal.  

The kitchen is a cook's kitchen and has everything you need: oven, ceramic cook top, dual sink with disposal, fridge with filtered water and ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, electric griddle, electric hand mixer, coffee maker, blender, quality cookware and cooking utensils. Plus 30 spices!

Enjoy a cool drink and relax either in the sun or under the covered carpeted patio while grilling up your dinner on the 4 +1 burner BBQ or taking a dip in our private two person hot tub - absolute heaven!  

Pet friendly property fully fenced back and front yard. Pets allowed with pet deposit. 

Smoking is permitted, but outside only please!

As this is a retirement community, one tenant must be over 55 years of age.

Security Deposit $330.00, of which $30 is a non-refundable administrative fee.

Cleaning Fee $125.00

Long term rentals available on request for a reduced rate.

Access to Green Valley Recreation with its pools, tennis courts, exercise rooms and various activities (you pay the card fee only.) The Green Valley Rec Center with it's beautiful big pool is just a 5 minute walk from our casa door.

Golf : There are nine golf courses within a 15-minute drive, including two championship courses. Haven Golf Course with it's very reasonable green fees is only 3 blocks away from Casa Abrego!

The Green Valley Recreation membership includes use of 12 facilities featuring swimming pools, clubs, classes, crafts, dancing, concerts, tours, tennis, billiards, fully-equipped exercise rooms, and much more (you pay card fee only).

It is only a 25-minute drive to Tucson, 15 minutes to Tubac - the oldest european settlement in Arizona, now famed for its art galleries and shops, 40 minutes to Nogales along a scenic drive that skirts the eastern edge of the Santa Rita Mountains.

Scenic drives and recreational activities are plentiful: Saguaro National Park, the San Xavier Mission, Madera Canyon, The old west theme town of Tombstone, Sonora Desert Museum, The Pima Air & Space Museum and the Titan II Missle Museum, Kitt Peak Observatory, and the Airplane Graveyard.

Other Nearby Activities: Hiking, biking, golf, tennis, wildlife viewing, fishing, wineries, orchards, observatories, birdwatching, shopping, art galleries, ghost towns, swimming, shuffleboard, putting green, fitness center, gym, restaurants, cinemas, bowling, bingo and the Desert Diamond Casino, which has shows, concerts, gaming and restuarants.  

Casa Abrego in Green Valley is ideally placed - it is a one day drive to either the Grand Canyon or to Southern California and less than an hour away from Nogales, Mexico! 

This Casa is very nice, clean and very centrally located. 

Upgrades for 2009/2010 season include new patio furniture, BBQ and HDTV, as well as new tile in the living room and hallway.
