My daughters and brother and I drove down from Orlando for mother's day weekend and stayed at the house. It was so adorable! Jenny was so easy going and was there to greet us when we got there and we were able to thank her in person when we were leaving. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Perfect location, clean, cute, quaint neighborhood, huge backyard! Can't wait to plan another weekend! I grew up in Dunedin and miss it terribly so it was really awesome to be there and also to be in such a fantastic home, was a perfect fit! We didn't get to venture downtown which is within walking distance but it was hopping Friday night when we drove through. We did go to Clearwater Beach though, which is a hop, skip, and a jump... so close! Also really close to the Pinellas Trail(next time we are renting bikes) Enjoyed a lovely family and friend cook out on mother's day and put the gigantic back yard to use. Complete with a gas grill and a tree swing-kids loved it!!!!! On a selfish note, I almost didn't write this review because I don't want anyone to use it so I can be guaranteed its available when I come back :)

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Tropical Cottage in Dunedin

This little cottage, just a block and a half from Main St., was the perfect retreat for us while visiting "old" friends in Dunedin. People from Tampa, St. Pete and Palm Harbor gathered at "our house" for cocktails and conversation before hitting the lovely marina, fun shops, and great restaurants all on foot. The house is well stocked with everything that anyone could need - from young families to the more sedentary crowd. Our only complaint was the cold weather - but I can assure you that the little cottage's heating system was up to the task! We are only sorry that we couldn't use the lovely backyard.

What a great little house. We had a very enjoyable stay! The place was clean, well furnished and just as presented on the internet. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Debbie
