Stroll on the fantastic beach path past some of the most expensive real estate in Miami Beach, walking all the way down to the Southernmost tip of the Beach if you are up for the challenge. If you are the more adventurous type, rent a boat, jet ski or other beach "toy" at Haulover Marina, just a 5 minute drive up the beach. Haulover Par 3 is also just up the beach, and that's just one of countless golf courses in the area. Of course, you never have to leave the building to have a fantastic day. There is a small workout room next to the pool area. Board games and books are in the unit for down time. World famous Bal Harbour Shops--home of Gucci, Prada, Harry Winston and several excellent restaurants--located only 4 blocks away. The Bal Harbour Shul is 3 blocks.

Minimum rate available thru December 21, 2009 and again beginning May 1, 2010.
During the season, Maximum rate applies. Weekly or monthly rentals preferred. Rentals typically run typically run Saturday to Saturday.
All reservations also subject to $80-100 cleaning fee. Well-behaved dogs permitted on a case-by-case basis with $50 pet fee.
