The Villa is absolutely stunning! It boasts over $200,000 in upgrades and comes fully furnished. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an office. The family room is equipped with surround sound, a 45 inch plasma TV, and VCR. There is an intercom system throughout the home that also pipes in music to each room. The home has a security system. The kitchen has state of the art stainless steel appliances and is stocked with cookware. The lanai has been extended so you have plenty of extra room to lounge outside. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. Let us know if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate them. We want your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable.
