Ship 2 Shore is an extraordinary beach house! Formerly known as Beach 2 Bay, this spectacular home has been completely updated, remodeled and redecorated in 2008 with an eye to creating a seaside casual atmosphere. Located in an exclusive section of Alligator Point where the Gulf of Mexico meets the Bay, this is one of the few homes privileged to have the pristine sand beaches of the Gulf in the front yard and the blue waters of the Bay in the backyard.

Perfect for any occasion, this extra-special, two story beach house boasts 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 kitchens, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, and breathtaking views of the Gulf and Bay from every room.

The main level offers a large kitchen, living area, 4 bedrooms, and 2 baths. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a morning kitchen, a comfortable family room and a fun recreation area. The two floors, served by an elevator, provide enough privacy to accommodate two families.

The Gulf side of the home has an expansive 600 square foot covered screened porch, which is a great place to gather for family dinner or just relax on the hammock. There is another large covered porch on the Bayside of the home, which has unobstructed views of the harbor.

Guests are welcome to fish from the 200’private dock or use the anchor buoy located adjacent to the dock. There are 3 boat ramps on Alligator Point. The rental includes use of the mooring anchor buoy.

The home provides all the amenities you would expect: a fully equipped kitchen upstairs and a morning kitchen downstairs, televisions in every room, CD and DVD players, internet access, free local and long telephone calls, wireless internet, gas barbeque grill and charcoal barbeque grill, fireplace, hammock, porch swing, ping pong table, dart board and an open deck for sunbathing and relaxing at sunset. Each of the 6 bedrooms is impeccably decorated in a colorful beach style appealing to both children and adults.

Neareby State and National parks provide hiking and picnic opportunities as well as canoeing and kayaking.

Full service marina, down the street > 1/4 mile provides fishing charters, bait and fuel.

Rental Fees include cleaning fees, limited paper products, cleaning and laundry products.  Rental fees, taxes and $1000 security deposit due on reservation. 

If cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival, deposit is fully refunded; if cancelled between 60 and 60 days prior to arrival, there is a 50% fee. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Florida Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months duration.
Short term rental option is available with a two night minimum, subject to availability. During Peak Season, weekend rentals are accepted only within 15 days of arrival.

All rates and fees are subject to change. Holiday rates for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years’ Eve may be higher than published rates and a minimum stay may be required.
