Vacation Rental Description

This Condo is located 40 minutes East of Orlando International Airport
along the Bee Line Expressway.  (Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral)
Condo is located Beach Block to ocean and 900 feet to pool complex
(one of three pools)  There is also an oceanfront pool with showers to
clean off or cool off after a day at the beach.

This Condo is fully furnished with cable TV.,  A washer and dryer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a pool located directly behind the condo,  a lap pool and an
oceanfront pool.
There are tennis courts and a raquetball court.

Activities and Attractions

Walt Disney World is a 55 minute drive as well as Seaworld and Universal.
You can enjoy dinner while watching the cruise ships sail out of Port
Canaveral at any of the several restaurants in the Port only 1/2 mile
away.   
Kennedy space center is a 20 minute drive and hopefully you can catch
a rocket or shuttle launch from the beach while in town.
The famous RonJon surf shop is located in the neigboring town of Cocoa.
Enjoy a private very uncrowded beach with a pool right on the beach.

Rates vary from $950 / month in Summer to $1600. / month in Winter
(based on term)
