Modern loft on the sixth floor of a brand new building. Decorated with a minimalistic style and new furniture. The apartment has two-story windows on what would be the far wall. These windows let in lots of light and a magnificent open view of the city and the green gardens below.
On the first floor there are a living room, an open american style kitchen, a toilette and a balcony with chairs and table where one can enjoy breakfast or even a meal. On its second floor a bedroom, a walk in big closet and a complete bathroom that also gets good light.

The loft has excellent equipment: Two LCD TV screens (one on each floor), AC system (cooler and heater), wi-fi internet connection, fridge, freezer, DVD player, safe, coffee maker, toaster, cordless phone for local calls, digital cable TV with 200 channes including foreign channels in English such as CNN, ESPN, BBC, FOX, etc.
The building has 24/7 security, gym, sauna, free laundry-room, an open grill space on the terrace, swimming pool and heated hot tub in the gardens.
