A Pacific Sunset Group Luxury Custom Built Vacation Home- South Mission light, spacious and airy 3 bedroom 2 bath ground level vacation home with a Spanish flare for color. Has a great location on the boardwalk, beach and bay, one block to the Beachcomber, 3 blocks to Belmont Park and Mission Bay Park and right across the Boulevard to the Ocean. This vacation home has a wonderful feeling with lots of windows, peaceful and playful colors, decorator furnishings and easy care tiled and wood floors and is handicapped / wheelchair accessible. All Bedrooms are carpeted.

First level home with full surround a view deck right on the bay and beach. The Livingroom and dining area are surrounded by the wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors that access the outside decks. Cable TV, WIFI Internet access and local phone service. Kitchen has gas range top, electric wall oven and microwave, new refrigerator with ice and water, dishwasher, and full size washer and dryer. Central vacuum system.
Fully furninshed home with 3 bedrooms have night stands and dressers, linens and towels, ironing board, beach towels, etc. One Bedroom has a King bed, 1 with a queen bed and one w/ twin beds. Two.25 custom tiled full baths, both with walk-in showers. The twin BR has direct access to the hall Bath.
2 -3 car parking- 1 private garage and driveway.

Summer Rates (7 night minimum)
- Early June: $2800 per week
- End of June/July/August: $3500 per week
Spring and Fall Rates (4 night minimum)
- 4 night minimum - $375 a night
- $2,450 - $2625 per week
Winter Rates (4 night minimum)
November thru February
- 4 to 5 nights $350 per night
- 6 nights: $325 per night ($1950 total rent)
- 7 nights: $300 per night ($2100 total rent)
Winter/Spring Holiday Weeks—$2800 per week
